Step 1) Determine their role

Step 2) Delegate the training as needed

Each person has a different set of skills and talents. You may need to distribute the training across several employees. Or, you may want to make use of a training program for certain front office duties. However, you spread it out and assign the training for each duty or task to the best-suited employee or resource.
Step 3) Keep an eye on the time
Each person learns differently and at their own pace. Someone may need to be shown something once or twice and then have it down pat. Most people need more time, especially if they are being taught a complex process or task. Determine how much time it takes your new hire to become proficient in their job duties. As an addendum to that, you should establish a maximum amount of time for someone to learn. It’s going to be counterproductive if an employee is “in training” for years.
