What is a resolution?

It is a firm decision to do or not to do something. What will your resolution be for 2016? What are you going to do differently this coming year? The end of the year is a great time to reflect on what you did throughout the past year. Reflection helps you consider your goals or resolutions that you hope to achieve for the New Year. Maybe you want to surpass your previous accomplishments, or maybe this past year you simply did not achieve all that you wanted. As we reach the year’s end, now is the time to organize your goals for 2016. Here are some questions to ask yourself as you consider the past, and what you hope to achieve this coming year.

  • Were you as profitable as you wanted to be?
  • Did you set monthly goals and surpass them?
  • Did you have enough time to spend with your patients?
  • Is your schedule driving you or are you driving the schedule?
  • Do you feel you are missing something?
  • Do you have dreams and goals of what you want for your practice but just can’t seem to get there?

If you answered “No” to any of these questions, then ask yourself why.  It is never too late to get what you want in life. You may want to consider hiring a consultant to come in and see what you could be doing differently to help your business grow. Make 2016 the year of change for you and your practice so that this time next year your answers will be “YES!”

Steve Jobs had the right idea when it comes to mixing passion with what you do in life. He once said, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.”

Start your year off right by contacting Bryant Consultants today. We love what we do, which is helping others grow. Allow us to show you what your business can become. From our office to yours, Bryant Consultants wishes you a Happy New Year!
