I have been in the dental field for 14 years, with 9 of those years in management. I started out as a dental assistant in Michigan, then moved to North Carolina in 2012 and transitioned to the administrative side of the office. I worked my way up to a treatment coordinator and eventually took on the role of office manager. I absolutely love everything about dental work! I prefer to take a holistic approach to office management, viewing it as a unified entity rather than separate departments. Additionally, I find great joy in training within the office and helping associates grow in their careers.
Outside of my professional life, I am a wife of 6 years and a proud mother to a baby girl. My free time is dedicated to our 13-acre property, where my husband and I enjoy outdoor activities and beekeeping.
I am also on the board for AADOM in the Triangle area and a national member with the FAADOM designation.
